Data Analytics 101

Data analytics is a process to examine series of data to draw conclusion from the existing data and to improve system’s specialization and software. Data analytics technology are used in commercial industry to achieve better and a more accurate end result thus, allowing the company to improve its operation. This course is designed to assist students to learn about application and software to increase revenue, operational efficiency, marketing program and customer service, respond to market trend and ability to compete with the other companies within the business.
